Descripción
Data from acoustic monitoring using 100 Audiomoth recorders installed by tourism operators in Cauca, Putumayo, Valle, Choco, Meta y Casanare states in Colombia. Each Audiomoth remained active for at least seven days in the second semester of 2021. The recordings were stored in Arbimon https://arbimon.rfcx.org/project/destinos-awake where the bird, mammal, frogs, and insect species were marked in the first 3 days, and used as templates to perform pattern matching in all the recordings.
This data is one result of the project: "Improving Sustainable Tourism - Phase 2: Boosting Conservation and Emissions Reductions Through Tourism and Technology”, a program funded by UK PACT (Partnering for Accelerated Climate Transitions) from the Department's International Climate Financing (ICF) portfolio. Métodos de muestreo
In each tourism destination, the host and a biodiversity specialist selected between one to five sites to install the recorders. Each recorder remained active for at least one week recording a minute every five minutes.

Descripción de la metodología paso a paso:
- The recordings were stored in Arbimon https://arbimon.rfcx.org/project/destinos-awake where the bird, mammal, frogs, and insect species were marked in the first 3 days, and used as templates to perform pattern matching in all the recordings.
- All the species were identified using pattern matching in Arbimon, using good templates and exported from Arbimon to a table.
